Simple Flow Automations ("Simple Flow," "we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the privacy of the businesses we serve and the individuals who interact with our systems. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Simple Flow Automations is a lead capture and routing service based in Badin, NC. We build automated chat assistants and communication workflows for small and mid-size businesses. We are not a staffing agency, HR platform, or data broker.

When you provide your phone number to Simple Flow Automations, or to a business using our service, you may receive text messages related to your inquiry or the service you asked about. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will never be shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share phone numbers with service providers who help us deliver messages (such as Twilio) solely to operate the texting service on our behalf. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of using our services or purchasing anything from us.
For clients using Simple Flow's hiring automation service, we collect only the information needed to screen and route candidates, typically name, contact details, and responses to pre-approved screening questions. We do not collect or store any sensitive employment data, including Social Security numbers, tax identification numbers, financial details, or background check information. All hiring decisions remain entirely with our client's HR team.
Conversation data is retained for the duration of our engagement with a client and deleted within 30 days of contract termination unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. Conversations are transmitted over encrypted connections. We do not store sensitive data in the browser or in unprotected logs.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Simple Flow services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
