These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of services provided by Simple Flow Automations ("Simple Flow," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by Jessica Bolen, Badin, NC. By engaging Simple Flow's services, you agree to these Terms.
Simple Flow provides automated lead capture, qualification, and routing services including:
Simple Flow is a communication and routing tool only. We do not provide legal, medical, real estate, trade, financial, or HR advisory services of any kind.

As a Simple Flow client, you are responsible for:
All Simple Flow engagements include a one-time setup fee and a monthly retainer. Both are quoted in writing before work begins based on the complexity of your setup and workflow requirements. Payment terms are specified in your individual service agreement. Simple Flow does not offer refunds on setup fees once work has commenced.
Monthly retainer payments are due on the date specified in your service agreement. Accounts more than 15 days past due may have service suspended until the outstanding balance is paid, without waiving any amount already owed. Simple Flow will provide written notice before suspending an active account.
If your Simple Flow assistant does not capture at least one additional lead that you would not have otherwise received in your first 30 days of live service, you will not be charged your first month's retainer. This guarantee applies to the monthly retainer only and does not apply to the one-time setup fee. "Captured lead" means a qualified inquiry routed to your team that was not already in your pipeline prior to Simple Flow going live.
Simple Flow operates on a month-to-month basis after the initial setup. Either party may terminate the engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, Simple Flow will provide a final data export of your lead history and delete your data within 30 days.
Simple Flow retains ownership of the underlying automation frameworks, templates, and systems used to deliver services. Client-specific customizations (conversation scripts, branding, screening questions) belong to the client and will be provided upon request at termination.
Simple Flow's services depend on third-party platforms and providers, including messaging carriers, telephony and SMS gateways, AI and automation providers, hosting services, scheduling tools, and social media platforms. Simple Flow is not responsible for interruptions, outages, delays, data loss, pricing changes, or failures caused by services outside our reasonable control, including changes those providers make to their features, policies, or interfaces.
Except for the 30-day guarantee described above, Simple Flow's services are provided "as is" and "as available." Simple Flow makes no warranties, express or implied, and does not guarantee specific lead volume, lead quality, revenue, conversion rates, response times, or business outcomes. You are responsible for following up with the leads delivered to you.
Simple Flow's liability in any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the total amount paid by the client in the 30 days preceding the claim. Simple Flow is not liable for lost revenue, missed opportunities, or consequential damages arising from service interruptions, lead quality, or client response times.
Neither party is liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, power or internet outages, government actions, labor disputes, or outages of third-party providers.
Simple Flow Automations and the businesses we serve use text messaging to respond to inquiries and route leads. By providing a phone number through our chat assistant, a contact form, or by calling or texting a participating business, you agree to receive text messages related to your inquiry or the service you requested. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, or reply HELP for help. We honor opt-out requests made in any reasonable manner within ten business days. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are never shared or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in Stanly County, NC.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
